No Yoga Classes this Labor Day weekend on Saturday 30th of August and Monday Labor Day September 1st.

Mondays

 9:00am – 10:00am: Gentle Yoga with Kelsey

10:30am – 11:30am: Yoga with Kelsey (Mixed Levels)

2:30pm – 3:30pm: Vinyasa Flow 1 with Christine (Intermediate)

5:30pm – 6:30pm: Beginners Yoga with Christine (All Levels)

7:00pm – 8:00pm: Yoga with Christine (Mixed Levels)

Tuesday

9 am – 10am: Yoga with Christine ( Mixed Levels)

10.30am–11.30am Yoga with Christine (Beginners)

Wednesday

Instructions in English/Spanish with Leo

5:30 pm – 6:30 pm: Yoga with Leo (Beginners)

7 pm  – 8 pm: Yoga with Leo (Restorative)

Thursday

5 class pass: $35.00 ($7 per class – save $5)

10 class pass: $65.00 ($6.50 per class – save $15)

20 class pass: $99 ($4.95 per class – save $61)

Yearly Membership/Unlimited Group Classes: $149.00

1 Year Unlimited Group Yoga Classes: $149

Beginners Yoga: This class moves at a slower pace and focuses on proper breathing technique and safe alignment of the most commonly practiced asanas (yoga postures). Great for beginners, but also beneficial to intermediate and advanced students that want to brush up on the basics for a strong foundation to a serious yoga practice

Gentle Yoga: Various restorative asanas (yoga postures) are held for several minutes at a time while focusing on deep breathing and relaxation to help rid the body and mind of tension and stress.

Mixed Levels Yoga: Each class is different, but will usually include a variety of “sun salutations”, standing asanas, balances, twists, backbends, stretches, and ends with deep relaxation in Savasana.

Vinyasa Flow: When breath and movements are linked together, we call that “vinyasa”. In a vinyasa flow class we flow through series of postures linked by breath in order to build heat and strength.

Vinyasa Flow 1 (Intermediate): A more physically demanding vinyasa class, for intermediate students or anyone looking for a bit of a challenge. Some previous yoga experience is recommended.

Vinyasa Flow 2 (Advanced): Not suitable for beginners or those with limitations. In this fast flowing class difficult asanas such as headstands, arm balances, and full splits are explored, along with other yogic practices such as chanting and mantra meditation.
